I have seen blog that showed whole part of his/her post on his/her homepage in so many times. If its post just short article, it could be tolerated, otherwise if the post is one long article, and you have more than 10 posts like this, it definitely will make readers meet some difficulties to read them. Plus, it is not suitable thing when we talk about SEO, your post might be reputed as homepage duplicate content because of the same posts. With READ MORE added to your post, then it only shows half part of your full post one the front page (like this blog). - There is no category widget
Category is used to make an ease for visitors to find their interested post, it gives another advantages in SEO perspective, that is as text link. - Too many accessories
Blog will look more beautiful when it is added some kind of accessories like watch, visitors map, pagerank, last visitors, or others. But, it will be contrary when you add too many accessories on blog, one more thing, it will make your blog slow to load the pages.
