OpenID maybe categorized as centered login system, OpenID created to make login system easier with only using one account/username to login to many sites. By using OpenID then we don’t need to register to many different sites to join each sites program. You only need to make one registration then you already allow to login to many different sites, but it is surely the sites have joined to OpenID program.

After Google (blogger) support to OpenID provider, this is beneficial thing to blogger users because they just need to activate OpenID on their blogger profile, then they will be able to use their blog URL address to login to many sites which already support to OpenID 1.1.

Below are ways to activate blogger URL as OpenID identity:

1. Login to http://draft.blogger.com/.
2. Click on Edit Profile on your control panel, then you need to check activate OpenID option.
3. Don’t forget to save all changes.

Start from now, your blog URL address might be used to login to various sites which support to OpenID.
