Fixing Auto Play Facility

It can be, Suddenly Windows not give any reaction when we insert music CD, photo file, or our favorite film in CD-ROM, what’s happening? How to fix it? There are so many possibilities that causes Windows act like that. Maybe, unrealized we have ever modified certain file on system or ever installed certain software that caused windows error. But you just calm down, there is way to handle this problem.

Right click on CD or DVD-ROM at Windows Explorer and select Properties then we are in properties dialog box. Click [Autoplay] tab, then start configuring shows menu, what kind of action that we want Windows do when we inserting CD/DVD into CD/DVD-ROM.

Example, when we inserting music CD/DVD, then Windows Media Player will automatically play that music CD or when we inserting CD?DVD that contained data, automatically Windows will shows the file in CD/DVD. There are much more automatically actions that can Windows handle and we can manage it in [Autoplay] tab.

If in the fact, Windows still not react when we inserting CD/DVD in the drive, it must be there are trouble in Windows, but don’t have to be panic or desperate and do Windows reinstallation in a hurry, because there is another alternative to cover this trouble.

Microsoft’s Autoplay Repair Wizard that can be downloaded at Microsoft Site can fix this problem. Just follow the installation steps, start from download process till end.
