There are many services that offer File Saving Service, but this one can be consideration. Dropbox can automatically backup your data at the computer so you can be easily get access it though you are been outside office or house. By this service, you can share your file with others (just right click your mouse at the choice folder and choose “Share”, you will go to the web page that will ask to enter your friend/destination email address. If your friend decides to add file to the chosen folder, it will download to your computer automatically, excited, isn’t it?

Website which is still in beta version allows you possibility to access data with web browser besides desktop client. All the file will in control version, so you can reopen the earlier version of document or restore the file when gone.
